VoIP

VoIP is an acronym for the English term Voice over Internet Protocol and refers to a communication technology or service that enables the transmission of voice or visual communication over a computer network or the internet. VoIP is the successor to the outdated analog technology.

In cooperation with our partner company Orion Telekom, we can offer two ways of connecting your company to the VoIP telephony service.
The first is to physically connect your existing analog system with the help of a VoIP gateway device or by installing an IP PBX (Private Branch Exchange) system to the IP telephone service. The second is through the VOIP2Cloud service, a modern and simple solution that provides you with the ability to never again worry about the costs of setting up and maintaining a telephone exchange. All VOIP2Cloud service packages have the same functionalities, with the difference being in flexibility, i.e., the number of simultaneous calls and users.

The advantages of the service lie in its functionalities: no capital investment in equipment, system flexibility (capacity can be quickly and easily increased or new functionalities added), reduced telephony costs (cheaper call rates and lower monthly subscription, free calls within the business group), phone service available on multiple devices (IP phone, computer, tablet, mobile phone), phone service completely independent of the location of the connection/user, all functionalities of modern VoIP telephony available (internal short numbering, creating different business groups, conference calls, voice prompts (IVR), call forwarding, call waiting, alarm, number identification prohibition, etc.), cost control (activating various classes of restrictions for both outgoing and incoming numbers via web portal), free number transfer (possibility of retaining the existing number), automatic updating of the company address book within the business group (the address book contains name, surname, photo, email, company, department, mobile number, landline number, etc.), simple and centralized management of UC services via web portal.
