MPLS VPN Network
The VPN service enables easy connection of multiple company locations into one network system - a local network (LAN), regardless of the type of network equipment used or the distance between business units. VPN or "Virtual Private Network" is defined as the interconnection of a local network that uses secure (encrypted) methods of communication, usually via the internet. This means that VPN expands a private network over a public network (the internet), allowing users to send and receive sensitive data as if their computers were directly connected to the same private LAN, even though they are not physically in the same network.
MPLS VPN (Point-to-Point, L2VPN, L3VPN) services are an advanced version of traditional VPN services and represent a revolution in connecting user locations and network administration. In this way, the user gets the maximum level of security, complete removal of local traffic from the internet, simple maintenance of the entire network system without unnecessary reconfiguration of VPN tunnels and the use of private instead of public IP addresses, thereby reducing costs. A special benefit of the service is the complete prioritization of local traffic with the possibility of sharing the link for access to the internet and internal applications.
The advantages of this service are numerous: connecting geographically distant locations into one local network, achieving maximum security by removing traffic from the internet to a private network, cost savings, using private addresses and dynamic routing, automatic registration of new locations, the possibility of sharing the link for VPN and internet traffic, the option of creating prioritization of local traffic (Quality of Service), the possibility of connecting via a protected tunnel with equipment located in a data center or with a modern Cloud platform, creating a single virtual local network, availability of various modern services such as a virtual office, etc.
